Can't Make Proper Delay Using TIMER0 Module

Hardware: PIC18F4520 Using INTERNAL CLOCK In Proteus Software: MPLAB X IDE, XC8 C Compiler

I studied about the control registers from the datasheet. But i don't know the Calculations to setting up the correct timing delay. So i need calculation details for both 16bit and 8bit timers. Thank you
