Temperature Sensing Of Milk

Abhishek abhishek.sarma@iitg.ernet.in

Hardware: Atmega 32 Based Development Software: C Program Using CVAVR

Sir,

I am trying to measure the temperature of milk in order to make a compensation for milk density measurement. The sensors I have tried to use are LM 35 and TMP35. But the reading is not accurate. So, I am planning to use a PT 100. For that I need an interfacing board that can give me an analog (voltage ) output. Please help.

How much accuracy you need? like 1 degree or 2 degree or 0.5?

How you can tell that LM35 is not accurate?
