Trouble In Transfering Program From Pc To Atmega32a Chip

Hardware: I Am Using Atmega 16/32 Development Board Along With The Atmega32a Processor Chip Software: C Using Cvavr

whenever I am transferring my program it shows that the usbasp is detected but it shows
power on failed
after this I don't know what to do please help me solve this
I have tried many times after checking my connection but It didn't work

When you are tired of making manual connections and getting not results, that means their is some fault somewhere in your understanding or execution (that means how you are doing what you have understood). To over come this I recommend to see a working hadrware setup and learn from it that how they have done it. So purchase a CLEAN development board and a compatible USBasp programmer and hook them up together and SEE the magic! Save precious time for developing programs (and NOT to mess up with wires!)
